I. love. cheese. I love mozzarella. I love goat cheese. I love cheddar. I just love cheese. But whats better than just eating a hunk of ooey gooey cheese? Eating cheese with my toes in the sand. And now that its summer time, all of my dreams can come true.

Quiche is the perfect picnic pie. Spinach, tomato, parmesan, and goat cheese make for a delectable dish, that quiet frankly make me feel extremely fancy. Yeah, I said it, quiche makes me feel fancy as heck. And now that I will reveal my recipe, you can feel fancy as heck, too.

  • ready pie crust (for the sake of convince)
  • 1 package of goat cheese
  • 3 cups of mozzarella
  • 4 cups of spinach
  • 1/2 cup of sour cream
  • 1 sliced tomato
  • 3/4 cups of parmesan
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1/2 cup of whole milk
  • dash of paprika
  • tablespoon of garlic salt

Place crust in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit till a light brown. While the crust is cooking in the oven being to wilt spinach in a nonstick pan, until throughly withered. Set aside tomato and pie crust, combine all ingredients in a large bowl until completely bonded. Place all wet ingredients evenly into crust and place sliced tomato around the border of quiche and bake for 20 minute or golden brown.
